About

Feeling stuck in a negative mindset? Having difficulty moving forward from trauma? Seeking support for activating change in your life? It is my goal to help individuals move forward from challenges that have them feeling stuck, and guide them towards reaching clarity and personal meaning in their life. Sessions with me focus on allowing your free association and having the space to discuss the things that most concern you. We will work together in achieving your personal goals while aiming to develop a greater sense of self worth, connection with one's values and communities, and embracing your unique experience in doing so.
It is important for me to meet you where you are in your mental health journey and work together to develop the best plan for you. After all, you know you best! I have worked with diverse individuals, such as individuals within the D/deaf community, with trauma, anxiety, depressive symptoms, psychotic experiences, and mood irregularities.
I hope to have the opportunity to build a collaborative alliance with you that will support you in getting to the place and state of mind you want to be in your life, even if that means figuring out where that place is together. I value empathic connection and creating a safe space for us to work through challenges and celebrate progress.
