As a counselor, I work collaboratively with clients to identify strengths and challenges, provide new perspectives, and help identify tools and skills to work towards goals. My clinical approach draws upon various therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Overall, I honor each client’s individuality and tailor my approach to meet their unique needs in a compassionate collaborative therapeutic setting.
I currently offer outpatient mental health for children, teens, families and adults. I believe the counseling relationship should be collaborative. We will work together to help identify areas where support is needed and find practical solutions to help.

Life can be overwhelming and because of these experiences it’s my goal to provide a safe supportive judgment-free space to explore emotions, find healing, and discover your inner strength.
