I believe in a creative, personal approach to healing. It is my hope to create a safe and welcoming environment to help my clients during difficult times in their lives. I feel strongly that therapy is a journey to be walked together with client and therapist. Through a strengths based perspective, my sessions focus on emotional healing as well as positive self growth. I work with all stages of life and life issues. Whether a client's struggles are centered around anxiety, depression, grief and loss, attention and hyperactivity, marriage and family issues, trauma, or mood issues, I am willing to help.
I am passionate about working with children, teens, and families with relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, school troubles, and other childhood and adolescent disorders. I equally enjoy working with individuals who are struggling with depression, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, Bipolar Disorders, family and relationship issues, daily life difficulties or stressors.
