For couples, I am trained in the Developmental Model, I am a certified PREPARE-ENRICH facilitator, and I have completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I counsel individuals and couples as they face challenges, including infertility and other reproductive issues, including pregnancy loss.
I meet clients where they are, and help them get to where they want to be. I support clients in their desire to make positive, lasting changes in their lives. I teach them skills they can use to draw on their own strengths to make those changes.
