Somatic Therapy, Bodywork, Yoga Therapy, Healing Touch, and Mindfulness Tools are used as a complement to traditional therapy or as a stand-alone therapeutic offering. Clients with long-standing depression and anxiety, chronic illness, and coping issues explore my services to find relief and a new way of helping themselves. Those with trauma and diagnosed PTSD receive additional tools to regulate symptoms through this non-diagnostic and integrative methodology.
I offer somatic therapy through compassionate and gentle practices utilizing body-mind psychology processes. Skillful use of self-empowerment tools, healing touch, and mindfulness practices invite a healing dialogue between tensions of stress patterns, coping skills, and hope for living a better life.
My focus is establishing and maintaining trust. I spend a great deal of time listening and giving space to long-held tensions. I offer post-treatment follow-up tools through a robust, online platform of practices, guided meditations, and other supportive care. Together, we build foundational and wellness practices that offer in-depth care and support.
