Welcome, I am a psychodynamic therapist whom has more than 13 years of experience helping young adults (or people of many different ages) address their issues, identify their needs, and work towards their goals. I have spent years helping individuals with particular mental health challenges such as schizophrenia, ADHD, bipolarity, major depression, and personality disorders (Narcissism). I also have had a tremendous amount of experience helping service members and their families. I am seeking new clients and if your reading this, I may have room to in my schedule to help you.
I have developed a tremendous amount of resiliency, and motivational methods to help people find their purpose and identify their resources. When working with me, we will always be solution focused. I am here to help you to achieve stability in your daily and weekly experiences.
My specialty remains helping those with military backgrounds, or persons with DoW affiliations... If you are currently serving in the National Guard, as a soldier, airmen, seamen, or as a marine, you will make a seamless transition into being a client in my care.
