It’s brave to seek support, especially when life feels heavy, tangled, or overwhelming. Maybe you’re carrying anxiety that shows up in everyday moments, feeling stuck in patterns that affect your relationships, or still navigating past hurt or trauma. You might also be craving a space where you can be your authentic self, and not have to edit parts of your story just to feel safe. In our work together, we’ll pay attention to your patterns, your nervous system, and the narratives that have shaped you, including experiences with anxiety and OCD, so you can begin to rewrite the stories that no longer fit.
As a queer clinician, I’m especially passionate about providing LGBTQ+ affirming therapy that honors identity and supports queer, trans, non-binary, and relationship-diverse adults and couples. I help people move through OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles with curiosity, compassion, and practical tools you can actually use.
I use an integrative, relational approach tailored to your needs. I pull from Narrative Therapy, EMDR, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and the Gottman Method to help you reach your goals. If you’re looking for affirming therapy in North Carolina for anxiety, trauma, or relationship support, I’d be honored to hear from you!
