I help adults who have experienced complex trauma, emotional neglect, grief and family dysfunction make sense of their pain and create a new path toward healing, safety, and self-compassion. As a trauma-informed therapist, I provide an empathetic, safe, and nonjudgmental space where all parts of your story are welcome.
I am certified in EMDR. I integrate other trauma-informed approaches, including IFS-informed interventions, inner child work, somatic awareness, and attachment-based therapies to help clients reconnect with themselves. Healing trauma isn’t about “fixing” what’s broken; it’s about rediscovering your wholeness and learning to trust your inner resilience.
