I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology and am a LAPC. My style pulls from a set of theoretical lenses, such as positive psychology, narrative therapy, expressive therapy, systems-based theory, and more, but most of all I seek to embody person-centered therapy. I strive to meet people where they are at in their life journey.
