Having helped many men and women during my 25 years of experience in the area of mental health , I am honored that people come to share and trust me with their personal stories. My expertise includes the treatment of depression, anxiety, grief and trauma. I have advanced training in EMDR, which is used to treat traumatic stress. I see therapy as the building of a relationship which focuses on the goals of growth and healing.
People who engage in therapy are better able to put their lives back on the right track. Along with developing a greater understanding and mastery over their emotions. One of the most gratifying aspects of being a therapist is watching how people gradually become more confident about their future.
