I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing EMDR, Emotion Focused Therapy, and internal family systems. After receiving my graduate degree from New York University and doctorate from Walden University I worked in various settings, from Columbia University Medical Center, Ackerman Institute, and private practice. Prior to becoming a therapist. I was a classic ballet dancer. This experience gives me an integrated perspective of the body and mind.
