I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relational struggles, and questions of meaning or identity. Many people come to therapy when familiar ways of coping no longer work, or when they feel caught in patterns they understand intellectually but still cannot seem to change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and depth-oriented. I work psychodynamically and relationally, helping you slow down and make sense of the unconscious narratives, emotional defenses, and relational patterns that may be shaping your life.
I pay attention to the body, culture, family history, and the deeper existential questions that often live beneath symptoms. I am especially attuned to the ways our histories — personal, familial, cultural, and collective — live inside us and shape how we relate, protect ourselves, and long for connection.
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you have been holding a lot on your own. I aim to offer a space that is thoughtful, attuned, and deeply human — a place to slow down, be met with care, and begin relating to yourself and others with more clarity, resilience, and authenticity.
