Life inevitably brings both challenges and opportunities for growth. In the face of difficulty, it’s common to feel overwhelmed or stuck. Taking time to check in with yourself—and engage in the reflective, goal-oriented process of therapy—can help you reconnect with your strengths and resilience.
In my work, I support clients in identifying and clarifying their therapeutic goals, and in moving toward them step by step. I believe mental health is a vital part of overall wellness, and that small, intentional efforts each day can nurture our capacity for contentment and balance.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-responsive practices including Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and tools from my training as a meditation and yoga instructor. This allows me to tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each client.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I collaborate closely with each client, adapting our work to your learning style, preferences, and goals. Together, we’ll build a path that helps you connect more deeply with your own potential for wellbeing.
