I love working with people struggeling with inner conflict and people looking for answers. This group includes families, couples, individuals, and teens. I have found people have their own answers; my role is to be a catalyst. My approach is client centered, we will together discover what you need and how to get there. My training includes family systems, brief therapy, and hypnosis and I use an eclectic combination of therapy modalities indicated by your needs and your personality. I am a strong proponent of natural methods of healing. I want you to remember you have the answers because you know best what it is that you want.
Hypnotherapy is limited by your need and my imagination. I used hypnotic methods developed by Dr. Milton Erickson and I keep sharp by attending Erickson conferences. Hypnosis is a non evasive, really fun an effective method for accessing your subconscious. Your awareness is increased and you remain in control while looking for your own answers.
I have a Danish accent and I speak in a calm, reassuring manner. I accept people on their premise and you are the center of the universe during the time we spend together. I have many years experience in being human and have learned to be accepting and non judgmental while maintaining my objectivity.
