I am bilingual in English and German, I am an immigrant, a mother, and much more. I gained experience studying in different countries and working in multiple practices, always devoted to human health and wellbeing. These life events equipped me with the open-mindedness and curiosity to work with a variety of people regardless of their age and background. My approach to therapy is holistic, blending IFS, art therapy, and mindfulness. Together we will explore feelings and experiences from your past and present, start the healing process, and create a path towards your preferred way of living and being.
I practice the Internal Family Systems approach, a therapeutic method that aims to introduce compassion and equilibrium into your inner dialogue . Through IFS, and guided by our innate Self healing abilities, we can discover new ways to connect to all our inner parts, and foster feelings of wholeness and presence.
Art is an important part of my life. I utilize it as a form of creative expression and a release of emotions that are sometimes beyond words.
