I have worked in private practice for 25 years. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and authentic environment where I act as a guide in helping individuals recognize their strengths and learn new strategies to develop into our best selves. I am a clinical supervisor for LPC residents, and supervisor for play therapy certification to become an RPT.
Individuals are always growing personally and I can assist with your journey through a variety of techniques to suite your individual needs. Treatment modalities include CBT, I-CBT, Mindfulness, and DBT skills, as well as Play Therapy for children. My approach with counseling children is from a child-centered, mindful, and play-based approach.
