Trauma effects can show up in a spectrum of physical, emotional and mental symptoms- anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic pain, pornography addiction, over working, alcohol, drugs, etc. I'm here to show you the way out of what has been holding you back from being the most genuine and free version of yourself.
