Young people have a lot of issues they are facing today. Whether it is school, social or family related triggers, I seek to work with children, teens and young adults who are encountering struggles in their lives. These can include emotional regulation, unwanted thoughts and behaviors or conflicts in their lives. Clients who have the desire to make some changes to their lives and work towards their goals are needed!
As an experienced professional, I have been working with youth in school (both special and regular education) and outpatient settings for twelve years and in the mental health field for seventeen years. I focus on building coping, social, communication and conflict resolution skills, while creating a meaningful connection to my clients and their families.
