Holding Space (Virtual) Support Group
This virtual process/support group meets weekly from 6:00-8:00 pm MST (Arizona). The group is designed so that participants feel seen, heard, and supported--in the most loving and healing ways. It's education + application (mostly application). There isn't anyone or anything that doesn't "fit." Each person is in group for a different reason. The space is safe and inclusive. You are welcome and wanted. Join us.
