I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I work with anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, eating disorders, and other mental health concerns. I also provide LPC-S supervision for counselors pursuing licensure.
