I am a Trauma Informed therapist and EMDR therapist. I use a holistic, "bottom up" approach to mental health to help clients regulate and adjust the visceral responses they experience as a result of trauma. My areas of focus include anxiety, eating disorders, depression, life transitions and relationship issues, Also use DBT, CBT Motivational Interviewing.

This group is designed to help teens (ages 13-16) successfully maneuver through the innumerous challenges which face today's adolescents and their families. Teens will explore communication and relational styles, identify successful coping skills and will learn to set healthy boundaries and begin developing an esteemed, multi-faceted identity.
