Hello! My name is Stefanie Walker and I am License Professional Counselor in the following states Delaware, Georgia and the state of Oklahoma via telehealth. I work with all populations from children, adolescents and adults specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, self esteem and ADHD to name a few utilizing CBT Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to assist with symptom reduction.
My counseling style is strength based to meet you where you are at and work toward a common goal to develop coping skills while empowering you to live your best life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Person Centered Therapy.
