Recovering from trauma and dealing with systemic injustice is a tall order for both individuals and for partnerships and couples, and you deserve a supportive and understanding space where you can grow and heal. Neurodivergence, queerness, non-monogamy, chronic illness, trauma, depression, and anxiety can all impact our relationships with ourselves and others and require an understanding and compassion for the unique intersections of those identities.
I provide a brave space for you to discover your own capacity to heal and grow. Drawing from a combination of IFS, EMDR, somatic work, and DBT, I support my clients in healing from trauma and in building supportive and trusting relationships with themselves and others.
As a queer, neurodivergent, and non-monogamous clinician, I know how challenging and how important it is for everyone to break free of all the "shoulds" around them and build a life that is authentic, intentional, and nourishing.
