Note: I am currently accepting new clients at Willamette Sky Counseling. As human beings, we hold a unique history and set of experiences. Each plays a role in the way we find meaning in the world, the way we build relationships, and the way we relate to ourselves. The stories we develop from these experiences can be affirming or limiting. Through therapy work, I deeply believe we have the ability to create a new relationship to ourselves; one that is compassionate and empowering.
My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy and collaboration. As an integrative therapist, I draw on cognitive behavioral, emotive, transpersonal, and somatic therapies with an emphasis on self-compassion and values-based actions.
We inherently hold the capacity for growth, the ability to move through things which are difficult, and a desire to celebrate the wins along the way. I invite you to explore your path in a way that speaks to your strengths.
