I am an associate Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in sex therapy, harm reduction, trauma-informed care, PTSD, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I am currently accepting both couples and individuals at my practice. My work is non-judgmental, client focused, sex positive, open to those practicing ethical non-monogamy and polyamory, kink-positive, SWer supportive, and welcomes humans of all cultural backgrounds. I love to help people navigate through their relationships, both casual and serious, and offer support and care in making tough changes or choices. Together we can explore shame, identity, and what scares or challenges us.
My specialties include working with trauma and using harm reduction as a framework for care. This means we will work together to set treatment goals, with the understanding that progress and healing are often non linear and as such we will invite any and all of the twists and turns along your journey into our conversations. Safety and trust are prioritized.
I am currently accepting clients across all identities, in both traditional and ethically non-monogamous relationships, who seek support with topics of guilt and shame, attachment issues, love and intimacy concerns, substance use, trauma, and more. I look forward to being of service to my clients and support them as they seek to find their light in the dark.
