My goal is to empower individuals in achieving our fullest potential by providing an environment where they can feel heard and understood, and where they can work towards personal growth, self-awareness, and healing. ​I believe in the importance of treating the whole person in a holistic approach to healing. Whether talking about anxiety to depression to specific life stressors to complex trauma, I'm here to walk alongside individuals as they identify their paths forward in an enriching and centered life. I take a strengths-based approach to therapy, along with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) methods in addressing concerns. I am EMDR trained and enjoy using this method to healing. Overall, my approach is that I consult the client, not the theory or methodology. As a result, I'm eclectic in my approach and work to personalize counseling services.
