I am passionate about working with parents who want more connection with their children, or are navigating parenting a child with OCD or anxiety. I have extensively researched the correlation of family accommodation and negative treatment outcomes in children with OCD. I also want to work with individuals or couples who struggle with mismatched sexual desire in their relationships. I am currently receiving training through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT), specifically in discrepancies in sexual desire.
I want to help parents feel confident and compassionate as they lovingly navigate how to tolerate their child’s distress associated with OCD or ANXIETY. Parent education and counseling can help ease some of the confusion around parenting and can have a positive impact on your relationship with your child. I have a holistic collaborative approach.
