I believe that as individuals, we all hold an innate wisdom that brings us to healing, but sometimes we need a guide, as painful experiences or relationships are exposed and processed. It has been my privilege to support clients in their individual journeys to healing since 2014, and my work is largely based in CBT and Psychodynamic modalities. I have extensive continuing education to support Survivors of Narcissistic/Antagonistic Abuse, and I am passionate about helping people find healing from toxic relationships.
As a Highly Sensitive Person, I understand the intensity of emotions and experiences that often occur with healing journeys. I hold a safe space for you to feel your feelings and find the clarity that you deserve. The goal of my work is to empower you with the tools needed to set appropriate boundaries and fully process the burdens of traumatic experiences.
Collaboratively, we work towards your own healing and growth; focusing on restoring your sense of self and confidence. I see clients via Telehealth on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2pm-6pm.
