Women have specific concerns and needs that can seem to change rapidly, such as mood and body image concerns during monthly cycles. Later on, Trying to Conceive (TTC), or the many emotions that come with Pregnancy, as well as Pregnancy losses and terminations, can be quite challenging and leave you feeling unsure who you can open up to without judgment and unsolicited advice. Birth Trauma, Postpartum Depression, and Anxiety can also feel quite scary and talking to a knowledgeable Therapist in Women's Emotional Health can help you feel validated in your thoughts and fears, reduce guilt, and help you see that you are doing your best!
I provide emotional support to Women (and partners/families), with a preference with Trying to Conceive (TTC)/Fertility concerns. Pregnancy and Postpartum Depression, Anxiety, OCD, and Birth Trauma. I also work with Perinatal Losses including Pregnancy and Fetal Loss. Working with women(and partner)around pregnancy terminations are also a specialty of mine.
