I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a strong focus on trauma, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. I'm trained in EMDR, use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in their journey to healing and well-being.
