As an EMDR therapist, I utilize evidence-based therapies to help clients who are feeling stuck or overwhelmed by painful emotions, trauma memories, or past issues impacting their daily life today. I also incorporate therapies such as sand therapy, DBT skills, and other cognitive-based techniques to ensure that clients are receiving personalized care.
