Are you an adult struggling with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, addictions, or the emotional challenges of chronic pain or illness? Do you feel stuck in patterns of fear, shame, or overwhelm and feel ready for lasting relief? I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Sand Tray Therapy to identify and treat the root causes of distress, creating opportunities for deep healing and lasting change. Together, we will build practical coping skills using CBT and DBT as a foundation; process difficult experiences through trauma work; and create a path toward greater peace, and a life no longer defined by your past.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is my primary specialty. EMDR helps the brain heal from trauma using eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, allowing treatment to be tailored to your comfort and needs. I also integrate Sand Tray Therapy, CBT, and DBT as clinically appropriate and to help with coping and grounding skills.
