I enjoy working with adult individuals, teenagers, couples and families. I am a strengths based and solution focused therapist with emphasis on hope and authentic living. Helping people heal from trauma whether it's a small "t" or large "T" is a passion for me. I have been privileged to work with many individuals and couples recover from addiction, betrayal and disconnection from self and other; to begin living vibrantly, authentically and with intention.
I believe in the interplay between thought, feeling, and behavior as in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I use techniques and therapies that best assist clients in any manner that is meaningful to them. I am a certified Prepare/Enrich provider, EMDRIA certified, attachment, family systems, and process additions therapist. I employ Brainspotting and EMDR
