In my spare time you can find me trying to keep up with my two active daughters, cooking up a new recipe (most of which I unintentionally burn) or unwinding in a peloton class.

Young Adult Women Support Group
We are excited to announce a new group facilitated by our amazingly talented therapist Sarah! The start date is JULY 13th!!! The group is 6 weeks long where you will connect with peers while exploring topics like: mental health and well-being, changing friendships, identity exploration, initiate relationships, stress management, life transitions, family dynamics, body image and self-esteem. This group is an open group so you do not need to be a High Point client to join.
