I have over 25 years of experience providing psychotherapy to clients of diverse backrounds who have presented with a myriad of distinct emotional health issues. Therapy is always based on each individual client's needs, working as a team to identify feelings and life strains that are keeping each person from attaining goals that they ideally would like to be striving for. Therapy addresses working on gaining a greater ability to self connect, strive for a higher level of self awareness and gain enhanced coping strategies so a more balanced, emotionally healthy way of life can be achieved.
My main areas of specialization are older teens, adults and older adults with anxiety, depression, developmental and or physical disabilities, chronic health issues, trauma , loss, grief, PTSD, family and relationship issues, and a multitude of other emotional health issues.
I have expanded my practice to include student social work mentorship,
Tele-health sessions and phone sessions are offered at this time. Home visits may be provided if needed, on a case by case basis. Supervision is offered to social workers new to the field and also to social workers new to the area of private practice.

Groups
Stress management and life transitions
This is a new group forming that will meet via a secure online platform for women 65 and older to address how aging not only can impact on mood, eliciting increasing feelings of anxiety and/or depression, but also how it affects every area of life in general from health, family, friendships, relationships, significant changes, loss, life decisions, etc. Group will be limitied to approximately 8 to 9 members and will meet weekly.
