Through the course of my career I have primarily worked with individuals who are experiencing Depression and Anxiety, adjusting to life changes and transitions, having difficulty managing stress, and challenges with interpersonal relationships. I support healthy communication in relationships and explore parenting skills to improve family relationships. I also work with members of the Deaf community and am fluent in American Sign Language.

I am certified in Self Meaning Based Therapy utilizing Bilateral Stimulation to resolve negative corner stone meanings that we have assigned ourselves based on early childhood memories. I also use CBT, motivational interviewing, and Psychotherapy to improve Depression, Anxiety and Trauma related symptoms.
