Do you or your child feel lost, lonely, or disconnected and ready to find growth and connection? I am passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults and find the uniqueness of each client an asset. I believe in the quote I use as a tagline "Life is change. Growth is optional. Choose wisely." It brings up the circumstance as a fact, but also the power to create change in how we look at it and grow from our experiences, mindfully. I guide my clients (and their parents) who are looking to make positive changes in their lives, need empathy, and guidance, to aid them get to a safe and secure place/play therapy room.
I am experienced in helping clients with various mental health issues. I have been trained in multiple theoretical approaches which allows me to create individualized treatment. I consider emotional, physical, and mental health to help clients create life lasting changes. I also offer walk and talk therapy as well as yoga based techniques.
I have a welcoming, comfortable, and safe therapy space helping clients feel at ease. My practice is a non-judgmental place for people to address their concerns, difficulties, and goals. I use mind and body approaches to create a wholeness in treating various mental health issues. I have a very fun play therapy room and gorgeous outdoor space.
