Hi! I specialize in mental health disorders such as Anxiety and Depression and developmental challenges, such as Autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. My professional training includes TF-CBT and EMDR for working through trauma-related issues.
Although I use a variety of proven therapeutic techniques, I rely most heavily on the concepts defined by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Goals are self-regulation and executive functioning.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered. I believe that every human being strives for and can fulfill their potential.
