Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you are navigating major transitions, relationship changes, identity shifts, parenthood, emotional burnout, trauma, or the pressure of trying to hold everything together. I believe counseling should support the whole person, not just isolated symptoms or problems. Many of the clients I work with are looking for a space where they can feel emotionally safe, understood, and supported through the different seasons of life.
I work from a person-centered, relational, and trauma-informed lens, approaching therapy with curiosity, compassion, and cultural humility. My clinical interests include adolescents and young adults, postpartum and maternal mental health, early parenthood, identity development, emotional overwhelm, trauma, and relationship challenges.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that healing often begins through connection, self-understanding, and being genuinely witnessed in our experiences. My role is to create space for you to better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths and values so you can move through life with greater clarity, self-compassion, and support.
