Providing a genuine, non-judgemental, and predictable space is crucial to my client's growth. As a Registered Play Therapist, Supervisor for over 15 years, I see all behavior as an effort for communication. Through Internal Family Systems, a strength based model, I provide the opportunity for a more positive experience in getting needs met. I value each client and family's experience as a guiding map for the therapy.
Play is the child's form of communication. Through play and expressive therapy, my clients of all ages are able to find their voice and work on challenges. Engaging the family, collaborating with community supports, working with adolescents and young adults are aIso strengths of mine. I bring 20 years of experience in the Northeast to Florida.
