I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in New Jersey. I have (4) years of experience with both group and individual psychotherapy, specializing in trauma, mindfulness and addictions. My goal is to provide a comfortable and safe place to explore and process traumas and stressors, while teaching ways to access inner peace for comfort and healing.
