My goal is to create a warm, compassionate space where you can feel understood without judgment. Together, we’ll work toward deeper connection, greater self-understanding, and meaningful change that feels authentic and sustainable.

When we meet, you will find a cheerful and affirming ally who will help you to uncover and express your authentic self, in order to help you create richer, joyful, more meaningful relationships with your body, your partner(s), and yourself. I offer pragmatic and compassionate guidance as well as solution-focused tools for growth.
