I have been in practice since 1998 treating children, adolescents, adults, families and couples. Some of the treatment modalities I use in my practice are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Family Systems Theory and Supportive Therapy. I have found in my practice that using an eclectic approach allows my clients treatment to be tailored specifically to their needs. I treat clients with a variety of MH/ life-altering issues such as mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, school related issues, stress management, relationship concerns and work related issues.
I am a passionate individual and I work hard to tailor therapy to fit each client(s) needs. I believe that the relationship a client has with their therapist is the utmost important task. I encourage my clients to voice their needs so together we can reach their goals.
