I’m not your typical Provo therapist. I offer a unique, counter-culture approach that is free of religious influence. I specialize in providing affirming therapy for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent adults navigating anxiety, identity, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. My goal is to help you better understand yourself in a holistic way so we can get to the root of your pain and find life-long solutions. I also offer nature-integrated therapy sessions by walking and talking on the trails near my office (feel free to ask me about this).

As a former Mormon myself, I understand the process of faith transitions. Whether you're formerly religious or just seeking secular therapy, I offer a safe space to explore, heal, and discover new ways of being your best self.
