I’m not your typical Provo therapist. I offer a unique, counter-culture approach that is free of religious influence. If you are feeling lonely, disconnected, or lost, you are not alone and there is hope. My goal is to help you better understand yourself in a holistic way so we can get to the root of your pain and find life-long solutions. My hope is you'll leave each session feeling seen, connected, and empowered.
As a former Mormon myself, I understand the process of faith transitions. The Therapy Inn is for those who feel disconnected, isolated, or lost here in Utah because of their unique identity. Whether you're ex-Mormon, LGBTQIA+, or just seeking non-religious therapy, I offer a safe space to explore, heal, and discover new ways of being your authentic self.
