My name's Jessica and I work with neurodivergent women, especially moms, who in many ways, don't want to end up like their own mothers. They don't want to live life with anger, resentment, loneliness, martyrdom, or low self worth. They don't want to move from connection to connection without ever really feeling like they belong.
Many of my clients come to therapy carrying things no one should ever have to carry alone. They need help understanding their feelings, overcoming the negative self talk loop, reconnecting with their body, and finding joy and compassion for themselves and others despite their own curated chaos.
Our work may include nervous system regulation, deep emotional processing, and somatic (body) work because our emotions done live in our minds, they live in our bodies. Talking alone isn't always enough. We will dive deep and work on integrating your body and mind while building practical tools to navigate lifes most painful emotions.
As a woman with ADHD who grew up in a toxic family marked by poverty, substance abuse, and emotional immaturity, I know what its like to feel like you have to hold it all together all the time.
