I have a wide range of clients I serve who come from many backgrounds and cultures, and have a deep understanding of the role that language and culture plays in shaping our identity. I take a psychoanalytical approach, helping the client analyze their life and the way they grew up through an internal family systems model. In our work together, we would connect our present experiences with the past in order to understand more our identity and desires. We examine our values, goals and relationships to become the best version of ourselves.
