My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in the belief that every individual has it within their capacity to heal, create change, and greatly improve their lives. My interest, training, and experience emphasizes working with the mind-body connection. My work encompasses the importance of addressing this connection throughout therapy with Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Somatic Practice, Sensorimotor, Natural Processing, and somatic focused EMDR therapies. I am passionate about growing, learning, and continually expanding my abilities through ongoing consultation and training.
