My name is Starr Denison, MS, LPC, NCC and I'm here to help you with trauma related issues, depression, anxiety, grief, and stress. I am able to help you from the comfort of your own home using video conferencing, or in a quiet, private location at my place of business. I offer life coaching and wellness plan building in addition to clinical mental health counseling. Using indoor and outdoor therapy with or without animal assistants, you will experience healing and overall enhanced well being. On location, you may be served an amazing cup of organic tea of the highest quality for comfort during your session.
I offer adult, couples and teen counseling for individuals in the areas of trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and well-living. I have a variety of skills and theoretical proven approaches to fit your needs. I am a provider for both Tea and Empathy, PLLC and Headway.
You will receive extraordinary support and excellent skills through compassionate problem solving. I am and EMDR practitioner and invite you to this unique and life-changing experience to enhance your relationships. I am certified in equine-assisted mental health and use both dogs and horses as therapeutic helpers in my practice if desired.
