individuals is based on an Adlerian perspective
which means that we will collaboratively
identify how your thoughts and beliefs impact
your behavior and how those behaviors stem
from your early childhood experiences and
family of origin and are connected to your
relationships with others.
I assist clients by helping them identify and
address issues, thoughts, or emotions that
may interfere with their personal growth. I
believe when individuals are in a position to
resolve or cope with problems or challenges;
they are more likely to navigate successfully
through life's daily experiences.
