About
I am a therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience. My approach is solution-focused, identifying where you are now and helping you getting to where you want to be. I find cognitive-behavioral techniques to be very effective with issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and parenting. If you are looking for an interactive therapist and are ready and willing to do the work, I will help you along your journey!
I have extensive training in relational-life therapy (RLT) with a focus on attachment and expertise in working with relationships: couples, adult-child parent/relationships to help people better understand themselves and various family dynamics.
